You can attach or manually enter your prescription on our website. After selecting your preferred frames, click 'Add to Cart' and follow the instructions to fill out your prescription details.
2. What does my purchase include?
- The purchase includes a protective case, microfiber cleaning cloth, and free delivery.
- Please note that for prescription glasses: Additional lens treatments (such as anti-glare, blue light blocking, or UV protection) are not included in the base price. These can be added for an extra cost during the lens customization process, where you will see the prices displayed step-by-step.

1. How do I know which lenses fit me best?
To determine the best lens fit, it's essential to know the key measurements of your glasses, which include:
- Lens width
- Lens height
- Distance between the lenses (bridge width)
- Temple (arm) length
If you already own a pair of well-fitting glasses, you can easily find these measurements on the temple arm. They are usually printed as a sequence of numbers, such as "52-18-140." This represents:
- 52 mm: Lens width
- 18 mm: Distance between the lenses (bridge width)
- 140 mm: Temple length
For more precision, refer to our size guide located in the product details section of each item in the catalog, next to the lens size. This guide will help ensure accurate measurements for your purchase.
2. What if I donβt have existing glasses with measurements?
If you donβt have glasses to reference, we recommend visiting an optometrist or an eyewear store. They can measure your eye dimensions and provide advice on the proper lens size and fit for your needs.

3. Do you have physical stores?
Currently, we donβt have any physical stores. However, we have a partnership with Courts Optical where you can visit their locations across Trinidad & Tobago for any claims, returns, or repairs related to your Reflexa glasses. We also recommend Courts Optical if you need an eye exam.
Payments
1. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept debit and credit cards through our secure checkout system or via a payment link. For your safety, we do not accept cash on delivery or online transfers.
2. What is a payment link?
A payment link is a secure link sent to your email or WhatsApp. Clicking the link allows you to enter your payment information safely. Our trusted partner, CyberSource, manages these links.
Shipping
1. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within Trinidad & Tobago. However, we are working on making international shipping available soon.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location and the type of lenses:
- Single Vision: 3-5 business days.
- Single Vision High Index/Progressive: Up to 14 business days.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! For orders shipped via TT Post, youβll receive a tracking ID after your purchase. Use this ID to track your order status online. For further assistance, email us at hello@myreflexashop.com or WhatsApp (868) 433-3649.
Eye exam appointments
How do I book an eye exam with Reflexa?
Through our partnership with Courts Optical, we recommend booking your eye exam directly via their website. You can schedule your appointment at the following link: Book an Appointment at Courts Optical.
Warranty
Do my glasses come with a warranty?
Yes! All our frames and lenses come with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturer defects. If you experience any issues, simply bring your glasses to any Courts Optical location. As our trusted partner, they will assist you with any warranty-related concerns.
Please note that if the damage is caused by misuse or an accident occurring more than 30 days after delivery, the warranty will not apply. The 12-month warranty is exclusively for factory manufacturing defects.
