Warranty
All our frames and lenses come with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturer defects. If you experience any issues, simply bring your glasses to any Courts Optical location. As our trusted partner, they will assist you with any warranty-related concerns.
Returns and Exchanges
Changes and/or Refunds: Send us an email to hello@myreflexashop.com reporting your case and letting us know what you request, whether it's a refund, an exchange and/or damaged products. We will assess your case here and will notify you promptly about the status of your request.

Only one promotion code is valid per order (Only one eyewear promotion code, or one accessory promotion code, can be used in the same order, but not multiple promotion codes for the same product on the same order).
Promotion codes cannot be used on discounted products.
